ABOUT THE VILLA

Built in a quiet hamlet of the village Margarites, the Tzannakiana villa ‘Green Paradise’ is a country retreat, stone-built with a distinctive blend of modern and traditional. In an area of natural beauty, surrounded by a garden of flowers, herbs and trees. This is a luxurious villa to rent for your perfect holiday.

The villa is on the outskirts of the hamlet and so has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding lush countryside and mountains. Quiet and private but not isolated, just 0.6km from the centre of the picturesque village of Margarites where there are traditional tavernas, cafes and a super-market. The village of Margarites also has a renowned pottery where visitors have the opportunity to watch the ceramic pottery being made.

Amenities

Pool Area

At the outside area of the villa, besides the garage, there is a barbeque the pool (25sq.m.) and a big dinning table with a kiosk, suitable for parents watching out for their chilrden.

Also there is a small area with kids toys.

The pool is equiped with 6 sunbeds and umbrellas.

The pool is completelly private.

Bedrooms

There are two rooms upstairs. One of those has a double bed and the other one has two single beds.

There is a WC with a shower a toilet and a sink. Also there is a Big balcony with an extrordirary view.

Downstairs the is only one bedroom with a double bed and the main bathroom.

All the rooms are big and an extra bed or baby cot can be installed.

Kitchen Livingroom

The fully equipped kitchen next to the living room will give you the opportunity to prepare meals for the whole family! It contains a large refrigerator, 4 ring stove and an oven, a microwave, dishwasher, a toaster, one espresso and filter coffee machine, an indoor dinning table and dishes and utensils.

The living room has a huge sofa and a 32inch tv-satelite for movies and relaxation
